Before now you’ve heard about the Edo election but how fair will online marketing campaign be?
Can social media marketing and paid ads turn qualified leads into qualified voters?
Does the search engine optimization have a chance?
Or chances are that it’s too late to nurture potential voters through online marketing campaigns?
In other words, what does this means to Edo citizens during this pandemic?
Sadly, the No-symptoms disease called coronavirus still yet spreading much faster and the end doesn’t look soon.
Although, chances are that it will end soon.
But, how will the Edo election fair?
Although see this, it’s Google trends.
As you can see just from the screenshot below, Google searches about Obaseki over the past 4 months.
Furthermore, at the bottom of Google trends, there was a breakout in Google search about Obaseki defect to PDP and some other keywords.
And what does this breakout mean?
Whenever you see breakout instead of percentage, it shows that the search term grew more than 5000%.
That’s, the search term grew more in popularity and rises so quickly.
So, therefore, it shows there was a real relationship between the head keyword and the searchers.
But, why Online marketing campaigns?
As we all know that from the primary election perspective it’s easier to choose who’s a good fit candidate to represent any political party in the contest.
However, even though that indeed partially work out in many ways that each political party choose the man of the job.
But, unfortunately, what about those people who’re potential voters, what are their chances?
How do you want to engage with them in real-time having a big influence on their votes?
Do you know that 60% of Edo citizens are waiting for your calls?
I mean that they’re waiting to see who you’re as a governorship aspirant.
In other words, those prospects are also waiting to engage with your multiple touchpoints and what context you ever have for them.
The context in the sense that – what needs already you’ve to resolve for them.
The big question now is that, do you already know what they want?
In fact, do you know that 90% of Edo voters ain’t bother anymore about what they see but now they’re after what they want to see and hear?
Then, what are your chances?
Do you know that for both of them they ain’t the same, they’re of two entities and they are more weigh than each other?
So whenever you’re trying to pinch out messages to these potential voters, your building of context is what determines how your potential voters will likely interact and engage with what you’re sending out.
That’s if your online marketing campaign isn’t strategic enough and is of the wrong side, what that means is that they won’t take a delightful path with your marketing multiple touchpoints.
It’s just because you ain’t getting the messages right.
And if you don’t, the big knock is that you won’t compete near anywhere and other political parties will.
That’s the reason that an online marketing campaign plays a big role in many ways that potential voters will interact and buy the ideas of your political goal.
Not even anymore in this pandemic that by now everyone has realized that digital marketing is the footage of what makes businesses grow.
And, yes, do you know what?
The reason for these changes is that this pandemic shifted more of people focus on online marketing, 60% of businesses that ignore the power of digital marketing now resonate with the hope of building a solid foundation with digital marketing.
It’s just simple.
The reason for this change is technology, that’s the reason that you’ve to adapt to these changes for dominance.
So, how is your political party leveraging it?
If smartphone users in Nigeria will grow to more than over 100 million users by the year 2025.
That tells for this reason why you’ve to spend big to win big with an online marketing campaign.
Because, Barack Obama once proved to the world, why an online marketing campaign is everything.
For his online marketing strategy, he uses fifteen different social media networks, therefore he communicated the “change we can believe in” to five million supporters, and drove fifty million viewers to his Youtube channel.
Furthermore, Barack Obama online marketing campaign was not only innovative but it was effective.
Now, because social distancing has taken over, how can election rally fair?
Unless if the power of the law will be ignored and I don’t see that happening.
So, how do you want to stand out?
Remember, Edo citizens are waiting, what are the chances of your strategy?
Because you ain’t the only one likely to do the same, how can you stand out and makes a noticeable mission statement that every potential voter will convert for?
It’s just simple.
…With the power of an online marketing campaign, you can nurture potential voters into qualified voters.
And the best content strategy is to:
First, create a compelling landing page and with through call-to-action drive leads intent through social media marketing and paid ads.
If I recap you back, in 2012, for instance, if you study well at what Barack Obama did, he creates a landing page through that he might as well trigger his voice out to his audience.
Do you know that millions of people subscribe to his context and messages?
Just because of the reason that he understands his audience.
In so doing, he adds more value to his voter’s journey.
In fact, do you know that more of these people even pay some donations to support his political ambition?
According to Eztexting, Barack Obama’s online marketing campaign evolved to a new level. Taking advantage of “click to donate” group texting and 80% of the $639 million dollars raised toward Obama’s reelection campaign came from donations that were $20 dollars or less.
And one of the few practices that Obama deploy was the social media call-to-action widget that prompt potential voters to share with their friends.
Remember, it’s just more than your social media handle, that’s just what you’re not who you’re.
In other words, if you’re to show who you’re, you have to show yourself in person and therefore your potential voters will as well feel they’re more valuable.
In fact, the power of social media is free plus a relationship platform like Zoom, and Youtube will help you connect with your potential voters in real-time.
First, create a landing page. This landing page is where they interact and engage with you every time, every day.
Furthermore, use call-to-action to make them perform some specific actions and therefore use A/B testing to understand their behavior.
More importantly, use context to build value and happy marriage with them.
That way, they’ll turn to be your qualified voters without manually telling them.
So, therefore, the power is in what context you’re teaching out both for offline and online marketing campaigns.
Be sure you’re wise with your campaign strategy in order to stand out.
